You may "opt in" in system or by requesting highlight production content from IB. Highlight production content is not available for every team; availability is decided at IB's sole discretion. You may "opt out" at any time.
  • To send you informational and promotional content that you may choose (or "opt in") to receive. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email.
  • To send you system alert messages. For example, we may let you know about temporary or permanent changes to our Services, like planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings, and changes to our Privacy Policy.
  • To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. This may include developing tools and algorithms that help us prevent violations.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To protect the rights and safety of our Members and third parties, as well as our own.

We will restrict any service provider's use of your personal information. We will tell you whenever reasonably possible and you may request at any time the name of our service providers.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We also protect your information offline. The servers in which we store information are kept in secure environments. TITAN system information is wholly stored in the United States by trusted cloud service providers (AWS and Azure) leveraging best practices and state of the art security and encryption systems. In-system permission management restricits and/or grants access to data based on user role and function.

TITAN systems are regularly assessed and updated for vulnerabilities and system updates. In the event of a data breach, organizations will be notified immediately of the event, scope, next steps, and mitigation process.
Data Retention and Inactivity Policy
We work hard to keep you and your private information safe and secure by preventing unauthorized access with built-in security protections. In addition to strong privacy practices, we minimize how long we store your data to prevent any unauthorized access to your account even if you’re no longer using our services.
  • Inactive accouts are permanently deleted with all associated data.
  • The inactivity period is one year. That is, an account with unpaid subscriptions for over a year is eligible for deletion.
  • For K-12 organizations, data is retained for educational purposes, where the determiner of educational purpose and retention period is the account holder. Parents and coaches may request data deletion at anytime. If the organization count is closed, account data is deleted.
